It is not unhealthy for a german shepherd to have a sloped back.
It is almost impossible not to have a sloped back!

Actually, I am in vet school, and yes, it is unhealthy on the hips to have such a sloped back.
And no, it's not impossible to have a normal straight back: look at all the police/guide/sniffer dogs. They are bred from functional healthy lines.
I'm not hating on the dogs though, I do however disagree strongly with breeding methods that deal first with appearance, and secondly with health and mental ability.

I'm just saying a slightly sloped back.
I is unhealthy for them to have a really sloped back.
I said almost and, as I said it is almost impossible to have a perfectly straight back.
